Here are just a few of the exercises you can do with your Ripple Roller:

While standing, roll the bottoms of your feet. Repeat for other side.
On an elevated surface, roll your arm and forearm. Repeat on other side.

I got this with the idea of trying to help ease some of the neuropathy in my feet from previous chemo treatments, since I'm almost always in some level of pain or discomfort. The look of the roller is very nice, and it has a solid yet lightweight feel. I like that it is eco-conscious and made with algae and recycled materials. I've used this a few times, and I've definitely felt it working, but at the same time, it will take me awhile to use it on a more regular basis just because I do sometimes end with more pain than relief. I don't blame this on the roller at all, that's all down to the changing levels of neuropathy which are different every day. Easy enough to clean, and small enough to carry when travelling. Definitely worth the purchase in the long run

This hurts!after rolling out I did temporarily feel better. Very very stiff. No give. It worked for me but I can see others saying it's not good.

I really like that this is a more sustainable option for a foam roller. That and the unique coloring are what drew me to this roller. It is a mini roller so make sure to check the dimensions and ensure they work for you! The construction is a bit different than all the other foam rollers I have. Usually they are foam exterior with a plastic tube core. This is foam outside with a sold foam type core. Despite the difference in construction, it still function and feels like all the others to me- somewhat good and somewhat painful, lol.

It may be small for some due to the compact size, but that is also an advantage. It is well built and very sturdy and takes my body weight well. I think it is neat and very ecofriendly of a product being made from allege and an alternative to help save our planet. It worked well for me in relieving muscle pain after a hard workout.

Pros:- Good size to throw in gym bag- Lightweight- Pretty color- Wavy pattern feels much nicer than the bumpy pattern on the rumble roller or no pattern at allCons:- N/AComments:Honestly, this could probably replace a full sized roller. There's nothing that I do with my full-sized roller that I can't with this one.

I saw the reviews saying that this isn't a soft foam roller, and they were 100% right. Definitely on the harder side as far as foam goes, but it honestly feels pretty nice on a sore back. Nice compact size. True colors.

This foam roller is a very nice firm foam and works really well to ease tension in smaller muscle groups.The compact size means that it is well suited for travel.It is well constructed and should hold up well over time.The small diameter means that it may be a bit too much pressure for larger muscle groups.This could be mitigated by modulating the pressure used.Overall, a good solution for travel.
