How To Use Your Foam Roller

The Tidal or Tsunami Roller are our full-size rollers, ideal for comprehensive muscle massage. Their larger size and firm texture allow for effective pressure application, making it suitable for a variety of body areas.

Use our full size rollers on the ground to engage your entire body — this roller is perfect for releasing tension in larger muscle groups, such as your back, quads and hamstrings.

Here are just a few of the exercises you can do with your roller:

Place in the middle of your back, adjust horizontal to your body and roll upwards slowly.

With one ankle over the other, roll the length of your calves. Repeat for the other side.

With one foot firm on the ground, roll the length of your hamstrings. Repeat for the other side.
