How it Started & Our Story

Oceanfoam™ started with a simple mission: create workout and active lifestyle products that help people feel better and get moving, with less impact on the planet.

Founded in 2023 by Zach Quinn and his family, Oceanfoam began with a search for a better foam roller. After years of using rollers to relieve tension and support recovery, it became clear that most options on the market weren’t designed with both performance and sustainability in mind. When a friend asked to find foam rollers for an orthopedic center for professional athletes, it became the catalyst to build something better.

So, we set out to create a roller that performed, looked good and was made thoughtfully. Something that made recovery easier to stick with—not something you’d use once and forget in the closet.

Designed for Everyday Movement

What started with foam rollers has grown into a full collection of movement, recovery, and active lifestyle essentials. From rollers and mats to workout blocks, towels, beach bags, and more, Oceanfoam products are designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life because we believe movement doesn’t need to be complicated, and recovery shouldn’t feel far away.

The goal is simple: create tools that are easy to use, easy to keep nearby, and easy to come back to daily. Because the products you actually use are the ones that make a difference.

That discovery helped shape how we design and continue to evolve our products.Today, we incorporate algae and recycled foam, partner with organizations focused on carbon offsetting and remove a pound of ocean plastic for every order. It’s an ongoing effort to make better choices without sacrificing performance and aesthetics.
